Rachael Smith DVM MRCVS

After 5 long years at University Rachael qualified as a Veterinary Surgeon in January 2012.  Since then she has completed a Feline Medicine Internship with the "Goddess of Cats" Professor Danielle Gunn-Moore and also spent time working in a very busy first opinion practice. Rachael has decided to specialise and recently accepted a position at Nottingham Universities veterinary hospital in Derby.

Rachael says "Our family are true animal lovers and I have no doubt that with the support of the excellent existing QQ team your dog or cat will be provided with gold standard care throughout their stay. When caring for animals attention to detail is of paramount importance and something my family takes great pride in being exceptional at, no ear infection, subtle lameness, depressed cat, anxious dog or runny poo will go unnoticed! You can rely on us to act in a prompt and sensible manner with great empathy for your pet. I also know that the staff at QQ are extremely knowledgeable because I have personally discussed husbandry and healthcare with them. Rest assured that the health and emotional well-being of your animal is our main priority, I will personally be involved in all activities at QQ and look forward to meeting you and your lovely pets!"

Josh Smith

Josh is an English & Film Studies graduate, and is now undertaking an MA in Film Studies & Philosophy at Kings College London. He will be using his skills to produce some videos for our website when we are all settled in.
